Spotlessly clean room

This place was just a great fit for a short visit in Madrid at a good price. The pool was excellent for cooling down during the hot summer days. Make sure to bring your own toiletries since they may run out quickly.

We loved the outdoor pool! It was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff was friendly, always offering delicious fresh fruit and a refreshing lemon-mint water at the entrance. The spacious, clean room accommodated our family perfectly.

My kids wished the play area could have been better equipped for their age.

Wi-fi was great. breakfast selection was good, but noisy outside and hard mattress.

The Nh Madrid Ventas was a pleasant surprise during my work trip. The room was spacious with large, opening windows and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast offered an excellent selection of high-quality items, with hot dishes cooked to order, enhancing the start to my day. The pool was not overcrowded and provided a nice area to relax after meetings.

I had a fantastic stay with comfortable, spacious rooms that boasted large windows letting in plenty of sunlight. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a range of high-quality options, including made-to-order hot dishes. The proximity to the metro made it easy to explore the city, but I found the soundproofing could be improved as I heard some street noise.
